The lifestyle
Do you adore small town charm but are drawn to the international feel of a big city in seeking long-term rental? Vail, then, is for you, as its world-class recreation draws visitors the world over! With an average of 335 inches of white stuff a year, you have to love the snow. Do you feel incomplete through the wintry months without gazing out your frosty window to find snowflakes gently falling to the ground, the feel of it crunching under your feet on a brisk morning stroll, the sight of crystals glistening in the sun? Think of the peaceful state a fresh blanket of velvety white broken only by a trickling stream or the footprints of a deer invokes in you. Then think of Vail. Because that's what much of what this area has to offer. Though a ski hub, the town of Vail has made every effort to keep much of its virgin soil untouched and unspoiled. With its 16 miles of recreational paths to explore, and 2,200 acres of developed area (not including skiable terrain), the town has also set aside 1,100 acres of undeveloped and protected nature for open space.
